Dr. Adv. Ujwala Shinde is a respected legal expert and President of the Judicare Academy Program Core Committee. She graduated with a law degree from ILS Law College, Pune and has about 40 years of practice (independent) at the Shivaji Nagar District Court, handling a variety of cases, including those for real estate industry.

  Dr. Adv. Ujwala obtained her Ph.D. in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in the year 1999, showcasing her commitment to arbitration and mediation. She also served as Principal of various law colleges for around 20 years, significantly bringing impact to legal education.

Dr. Adv. Ujwala is empaneled as a Mediator and Arbitrator at the “High Court of Bombay”. She is also an Arbitrator with the “Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation” (IIAM). She is committed to bring in excellence in educational programs in Judicare Academy, especially in areas of ADR and Court Practice excellence.

Kalyanrao Vidhate is a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police who served with distinction in the Maharashtra Police, notably at the Pune Police Commissionerate. Over a remarkable 34-year career, he developed deep expertise in criminal investigations, personnel management, and anti-corruption operations. During his tenure, he played a crucial role in overseeing the administration of 32 police stations in Pune, enhancing law enforcement efficiency. His leadership in combatting organized crime, managing COVID-19 protocols, and facilitating VVIP visits without incidents are notable achievements. At the Anti-Corruption Bureau in Nashik, he successfully led anti-corruption efforts across various government sectors. Kalyanrao’s educational background includes degrees in science, law, and human resource management, reflecting a broad and insightful approach to policing and administration.

Arun Shivaji Waykar, a retired Assistant Commissioner of Police, had a  distinguished 35-year career in the Maharashtra Police, where he held  various key roles. Born on February 2, 1966, he served in regions  including Pune, Solapur, and Naxal-affected Bhandara, with notable  contributions in areas such as VIP security, anti-corruption, traffic  management, and cybercrime. His tenure in the Anti-Terrorism Squad saw  significant achievements, including the apprehension of over 20  terrorists. An accomplished officer, he received numerous awards,  including the President Medal for Meritorious Service in 2012. Mr. Waykar  utilized his agricultural background effectively in rural policing and  was recognized for his leadership in managing and developing efficient  teams. He is fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, with educational  credentials in agriculture and law.
